But I think instead of calling them province we should call them divisions. But to be fair to all there should be a law clearly stating that a population of certain number on a certain demographic line will automaticaaly stand to be acknowleged as a division.What I am trying to say here is no one at present or in future should be allowed to bifurcate the law or boundries for his or her own political gains. Also all divisions should have a system to be reimbursed from the fedreal tax income on the baises of its revenue collection. All the development work should be in accordance with the tax collection, It should not be decided on the baises of where the present PM or President hails from. One should not forget it is all about money. So where it comes from it need to be spent there first. If Sialkot or Kasur or Haiderabad have an input in federal tax revenue their development should reflect that in all sector of life may it be a school or a hospital. Without going in details of his activities which are too many and too horrendous, I urge the present government to keep a close eye on the so called evil plan to liberate Baluchistan by the bugti clan. As far as formation of new provinces is concerned, it is high time to have more provinces not only in Punjab but other provinces as well to bring harmony to the present chaos.
