Dogar, Dagger and Dodger

Justice shall prevail.
No man shall be condemned unheard.
Time has clearly proved that states survive when justice revive.
Dispensing the award of justice is the only solution to halt and hold masses.
It’s not the matter of endurance as individual life but it’s the matter of existence as nation.
Rule of law is the unique concept of justice that preserves the value, valor, and velocity of sufferer.
I am little more than ashamed on my behavior to deny the truth of legitimate swearing to uphold justice.
Although I am unable to locate the exact pointy of my divergent behavior over out rightly rejecting the move of assemblies of lawyers but now time has proved that calculated aggregation of community towards a cause has defined motive which always possessive legitimate bearing as requirement.
Inspite of the reason to groom from family of similar constitutional expert who through out their life as skill repatriated the rule of law at its correct position as insignia but this floor of patriotic enthusiasm towards a justified move of time could not divert me as genuine requirement of era.
Carefully scrutinizing my own behavior for deliberately condemning this move ,I admit as punishable; since my bias attitude towards some personalities always hindered the movement inspite of unadulterated slogan of restoration.;
Current scenic views of judicial move have completely disband my thought and thinking to the level of unacceptability as rejection.
Though from day one of my understanding I was aware of the system and its breaches but nevertheless such grave mal practices were never recorded in the history of judicial litigations with reference to the sitting judges.
Under no means these judicial benches are acceptable even for a day.
Shame on these judges! Who have crossed the limits of swearing before qoran, witnessing prophet as observer and under oath to defend constitution without personnel motive of material, desire and objects?
If this country is to further survive with real exemplary behavior away from repulsion, injustices and disown; restoration of judiciary with merit and manners are essential obligation as necessity of survival.
Under all means people shall understand the mayhem and menace as coming threat which would engulf every one any where with no sustained plea if at all these ravishers of constitution as judges would continue to implement their nuisance.
This is time people should stand to confront system and society against injustice and bias attitude against the upcoming threat to save our generation or else not much would be left as heritage but what shall be granted as lust of desire by these culprits behind benches.
Shame on these ravishers of constitution! Especially! “The Dagger” who can not even, take care his trouser.
Check out his abilities to drag nation to mayhem.
Few more events to precede this hierarchy as rules, regulation and implementation; and then people are at verge to drag him and his team of looter and plotters along with all time silent ravisher of constitution to road as, symbol of hatred and malice.

I think mr aftab s alam brain tape has been stuck due to some serious technical problem. I hope yours technical team would help him to come out of this trauma situation. .This situation looks helpless, pathetic , sorrowful.dispirited and down hearted. Please do something for his help.

welcome to world of law. We still dont know that how this movement would become successful in this multi direction chaos situation but we can hope for a day when our system will be on licit track.

Just a friendly piece of advice.
I thought Aftab apologized to you infront of everyone here. It’s a really redeeming quality; one can almost call it ‘greatness’, for isn’t it wonderful to see that someone actually acknowledges the fact that he made a mistake and is ready to do something about it? However, your comment or should I call it ‘provocation’ might not sit well with him.
It’s best to be friends and if it’s hard then to actually stay out of each others way. I must say I thought you were better than that!

I just didn’t want a fight brewing up. However, I do remember how good it felt to get back at you. There was a time when you never wanted to miss the chance and I must say your ‘history of comments’ brought that about. I don’t blame, Nazia for it though. But, we should remember that we are civilized people; here to discuss and comment on far better things than having a go at each other.
P.S: It was never meant to be a favor!

there is clear difference between criticism, humiliation and abusiveness.Now you can easily feel the difference.I did criticism on a repeated comment on many topics.There are lot of ways to show ones anger on other but how you present totally depend on his/her brought up .That can not be avoided or disguised by all means.

Sorry, I am not a Veterinarian ( the one who is a doctor for animals) I refuse to treat the only ‘mad cow’ in the country! By the way BSE is a seriously ailment!

Maham, I do appreciate your sympathies with sick animals! A mad cow also deserves some consideration, after all the cow was not born with BSE it acquired it when in care of the 3 generals.
