It’s a crime to take a good thing like the population’s concern for the environment and turn it into a socialist agenda like cap and trade in order to control business and remove the population’s wealth so that they also can be controlled more. The people want to clean up the environment, but they need their money to be able to do it.

I thought we were past the point of no return anyway. From what I have read once the earth starts warming it may be impossible to cool it off. Global warming is a natural phase the earth goes through, followed by global cooling. Our contribution to the carbon dioxide may have speed up the process by a few thousand years, more or less, who knows. What we need to do is start planning for the changes the planet will/is going through. Is it a good idea to reduce carbon anyway, of course it is. To survive the future we will need to diversify in all areas of the economy, remember, we should never put all of our eggs in one basket.
