Dismal Economic Situation

Whenever, the democratic government comes again for a while when dictators get tired and the masters want change, the economic uncertainly prevails at large, and all the economic indicators tells the news of economic meltdown.
Now the Karachi Stock Exchange has become a farce, and nobody really is investing in there. Billions of dollars have been sent outside since this new government is introduced. Dubai has become the place of choice, and the industrialists, investors and other businessmen are shifting their money and infrastructure to green pastures in the deserts, and the green Pakistan is becoming deserted.
Why is this happening? Because nobody believes that the democratic process in Pakistan would prevail. Because nobody believes that the tyranny would let the elected people have their say. Because Pakistanis are standing on the crutches of United States donations and aids, and they make tall claims against United States, but they cannot sustain without greenbacks from the Washington.
Only if Pakistani nation learns to sacrifice, and work hard and say no to the alms from the United States, only then things could improve.

Petition filed against President Musharraf’s stay in Army House:
Petition filed against President Musharraf’s stay in Army House LAHORE: A petition has been filed in Supreme Court against President Musharaf’s stay in the Army House pleading the court to issue orders to the president to vacate the Army House.
Secretary General of Save Judiciary Movement Jameel Akhtar has filed he petition in the Supreme Court Lahore Registry through his counsel Barrister Farooq Hassan.
The petitioner in his petition under Article 184 A pleaded to the court that President Musharraf has been retired as the Army Chief so he can not reside in the Army House. “He has illegally occupied the Army House since Nov. 15, 2007,” the petitioner said.
He begged that the court should take action and order the president to vacate the Army House.

BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
To save the country from total collapse and chaos, if it must be a martial law then let’s have one but this time with capital letters - MARTIAL LAW and let this do a real good job of weeding out of all these “weeds” and let there be a nice and clean garden for us all to enjoy. I honestly mean all of us the ordinary Pakistanis without all such elements with their devisive and destructive politics of hatred.
