Deadly Floods Strike Japan

After Bangladesh, Russia, and India, deadly floods have struck Japan.

At least 20 people are dead, with tens of thousands of people forced to evacuate their homes.

Floods are striking one country after another. Is this a warning and punishment from Allah SWT?
