They are on record to say that it would be them who would be deciding the fate of the nation. Through their powerful monopoly over the private media, they are wielding quite a power.
Now they are also trying to become the judiciary. They have started a new trend of holding public courts, telecasted live through their channels. They gather up people on a specific topics and then their anchors become judges and then they play the full game of court room, and then the carry out case hearings and then declare the verdict.
They always choose the hot and smouldering topics. For instance, these days the whole nation is ill at ease regarding the status of cricket, and the GEO is cashing in on it holding a case of cricket in Pakistan. Just few hours of live marathon of useless blabbings and then the verdict of GEO.
Who cares?

They have finally made this mistake. Even in the west the public courts on tv have real judges and real cases. That would have been a good idea to start but the way they are doing is regrettable. The courts should take action on this before it becomes an issue.
I agree with the writer. GEO is *** Pakistan’s spirit in all the areas, The** anchors inline an ordinary person who dont know cricket with the big names of cricket. BYCOTT GEO.
