Please read wat Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik said “Pakistan will start tracking and prosecuting people who send threats or propaganda via email or SMS against political leaders. People think it is easy to get away with such things but in reality, routing can be very easily tracked. We have also set up a special center where people can report such offensive emails and SMSs and we will catch the culprit within 48 hours we can catch them. Various concocted stories and propaganda against political leaders have come to our notice. We have marked some websites that are based abroad and our teams will be paying a visit to these countries soon. The Interpol too will be helping us, as the whole world is united against cyber crime”. Is there anything wrong about sending funny SMS’s. The answer is simply “NO”. We must take actions against those agents who are propagating wrong information through SMS or emails about highly place individuals and institutions. We must not be impatient and let the government do its work that is to trace and eliminate anti-Pakistan elements.

Muhammad ali sajjid, maria sultan,nazia i agree with you all.by the way zardari is going to curb pakistanis for harmless sms but how is he going to arrest those foreign bureaucrats who call him Mr.50% ex-Mr.10%:)

Safdar, I don’t know anything about Mr. Kamal’s manners but I hear that he is doing a good job for what he is elected by his people. Others, in public service, in this country neither do their jobs nor know how to behave. Don’t you think people in Karachi have opted for a better choice, a competent, honest and devoted administrator in his person even if he ‘lacks manners as you perceive it.

Mustafa Kamal is nothing but a rude and uncivilized person with no manners at all.
He may be the 2nd best Mayor for MQM but he is not doing anything for Peoples
of Karachi….. You can see his behavior ….. how he behaves with general public.
HE IS SERVANT OF THE KARACHI …. NOT THE RULER….

there is no need to worry as for such black laws our men in black are ready as our real civilian commandos.Zardari and Co is day by day dragging towards his own trap.Such legislation was made in musharf regime but he as chief execuitves couldnt dare to implement it or might be busy in putting more nails to his shaken President seat.Therefore missed this law which should had been back fired to him with same intensity.I am sure our men in black will now show their real knowledge to our duffer team capturing our President house. Hoping for the best in this worst form of democracy.

Why should CJP take suo moto action on such issues. He is only interested in looking after the interest of few people/agencies who pumped millions of dollars in the lawyer movement to get him reinstated. He owes them a lot.
He is more interested in the well being of prisoners in jails, as if he is one of them. He sure is, but a lucky one !!!.

any way this black law has been introduced by your national hero “The Accidency President of Pakistan”,

and dont get jumpy this too will be challenged

you seem to be very concerned about the “right to speak” what about the “right to live”?

Supreme Court can step in where ever the interests of people are being compromised or harmed
