COAS Must Take Action Against Brig Imtiaz, Nadeem Dar, Mumtaz

All remain numb and bushed including media, judiciary, establishment and the politicos. Only when dictator finishes putting country’s survival at stake, only then the forces signal the wind of change to blow. But one thing is sure that one dictators come, they rule for a long time without any trouble. But whenever democracy comes; problems, issues, scandals, and ghosts of past pop up to haunt the democracy.
Whether it is Jamat-e-Islami or it is MQM, whether it is PML(N) or it is ANP, whether it is PPP or it is PML(Q), every party has got it’s many dark spots in the past. No political figure can claim of angelic past. Mian Nawaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari, Syed Munawar Hassan, Altaf Hussain and also the dead ones like Gen Zia, Ghulam Ishaq and others carry their baggage with them.
We Pakistanis must think and analyze objectively. There are two kinds of camps in Pakistan right now. There are ones who have learned from their past blunders and there the ones who are hell bent on living with the legacy of the past and want to repeat it. With the Charter of Democracy, both PML(N) and PPPP resolved to not to conspire with the dictatorship. PML(N) took many steps ahead and ask for forgiveness from the nation over their past connivance with the tyrants. Likewise, people like former ISI head General (r) Hamid Gul has also said sorry for his role in creating IJI in early 90’s to defeat the PPP of late Benazir Bhutto. The list is long and the blunders are gigantic. Everybody is culprit. If a truth commission is formed then nobody in the establishment and political sphere is spared.
The nation already knows about the Operation midnight Jackal and they know about the IJI and they know about the role of politician and the know about the past of all the politicos. But never before in the history of Pakistan, the institution of Pakistan Army and the intelligence agencies have been ridiculed and insulted, the way they are being dragged into TV talk shows and the newspaper columns and the blog posts as they are now. The current glum travesty is perhaps a crude attempt at paving the way for saving the beneficiaries of NRO, but what it is doing is defacing and defaming the outfits which are responsible for the national security.
What we extract from the “revelations” of the Brig (r) Imtiaz and then the retaliatory statements from the Maj Nadeem Dar and other ex intelligence men? That the top generals and the heads of IB, ISI and FIA and other top officers of security agencies were adept at horse-trading, topping the governemnts, buying the people, threatening them, approving nefarious acts, ignoring traitors and other horrendous acts. We know what has been going in this country, and we also know about the past of convicted people like Brig (r) Imtiaz and Maj (r) Nadeem Dar and others.
Now when these people have admitted their crimes, they must not be taken as heroes, rather they must be brought to the court. Pakistan Army is the professional organization which is fighting war against terrorism in the North and the chief of Army Staff is not Musharraf. General Kayani is a professional through and through and he has proved it with his action that he is not interesting in getting himself dirty in the politics. NRO beneficiaries in the government are feeling insecure and they have pulled this ghost of the past out of the bottle.
This state of affairs is unacceptable. Some achorpersons are also creating mayhem and enticing Brig Imtiaz to “reveal” more. Pakistani security forces must apprehend this Brig Imtiaz and interrogate him as why he has remembered now to come forward with all this dirt?

It is our recorded history that our COAS only takes actions when there is any kind of disturbance in civilian circle or political leaders are trying to create some kind of hindrance in their ways.
They didn’t bother even a fair report like hammiod rehman had come to public with names and events,
they didn’t bother when retired generals come on TV and accepted money transfer from Unknown funds to political characters as a bribe.
They preferred to ignore the killing of 40 people on 12 may in Karachi and enjoyed public rally in Islamabad as show of arm power but on the other hand they demolished and killed hundred in lal masjid when a SSG commando was killed.
They didnt take pain to rethink that what a retire general was charging on ruling PM in steel mill case.
So how they spare time think deeply about golden words of Imtiaz and other army men linked with Karachi mass killing,
So our COAS spare his precious time for looking through open crimes of army of Pakistan in public affairs until it would affect him or his friends.Same he did in long march events where he himself preferred to call atizaz to stop this people combat toward Islamabad as it might have toppled the govt of his friend in need the one and only zardari.

Just go back one year back when Musharaff was ruling and Iftiqhar choudhry and lawyers were marching for restoratrion of democracy . What to talk of Brig Imitiaz, none had the courage to even come back to Pakistan except Mohtramma Benazir. Even today Musharaff and Altaf Hussein cannot enter their motherland.The people resposible is your ARMY which killed all civilian pillars like Judiciary,bureacracy,parliament ,Media etc.You may feel the chaos of Democracy and fear it. But in the long run it iwll heal your nation.
Except Air Marshal Ashgar Khan, i donot see any politician who has not sucked upto Army generals when they ruled.
If you feel Brig Imitiaz is violating your LAW, please file a civil case in court of law. do not beg your aRMY CHIEF.

By the way, who told you that I was convicted? I think you have the wrong information. Here I must also clear that I did not serve in ISI, rather I have performed the IS duties.
I was sad the day I got retirement order from GHQ, as I was retired pre maturely. Throughout my service or even after leaving the army, there were many attempts on my life, where God saved me. In 1994 after posting from Karachi to Gujranwala, my house was set on fire, where I lost my whole household. There was no enquiry on house burning, where as I was ordered to pay back the damage of the house to army. My 4 ½ years old son was burnt in to boiling hot water, who died after 4 days in CMH Rawalpindi and in 2001 the second 10 months old son was burnt into boiling oil. Though I don’t have the proper evidence against any one, but it is sure that these were the action of those elements, which wanted to punish me. My whole family was threatened for not reporting the matter to police, through telephone. In January 2002 I was attacked by 4-5 armed personal in Islamabad, where 15- rescue was called. So on which hands I should find the blood of my son?
Till today I am very much crazy for my Pakistan army to serve and die for Pakistan. I cannot explain the pain, I felt once remove the uniform. I could not control myself the day I watched the video clip made by Taliban, once they slaughtered our brave officers and soldiers, to them I salute. I also salute to all those, who are fighting for Pakistan. The spirit our brothers in armed forces are fighting in war against terrorist compelled me to stand against the arrogant statement of Brig Imtiaz, so that the credibility of armed forces should not be compromise and next time nobody should make such statement.
Ok, I do accept my mistake, the way I talked on Geo TV, for which I feel apologies from all, who so ever has been dishearten, but please don’t take me wrong. This was the pain I felt, on Brig and gen Naseer Akhter for making a wrong statement against my own army.
Sir, it is much better that we should work for the respect of our country and defense forces, so that next time no body after retirement have the courage to speak against our institutions, disclosing the national secrets. I have not disclosed any secret, as this issue was already known in Media, police and magistrate used by me.
I can assure you that I have not killed a single person in Karachi, even have not tortured. But what so ever actions were taken, they were according to law and in the interest of our country Pakistan. I never and ever worked against MQM or any particular party or group, but took action against criminals, but again as per the law in the presence of magistrate and police.
Thus I am ready for any trail, so that actual truth should come out and there should be justice. Nobody should be spared, who so ever will be—must be dealt.
In our country, every time high-up people get free, through NRO or some other deal, whereas person like me or other poor citizen are punished or victimized, or persecuted.
Will you request COAS once more?
I will be the first who will be coming forward for making justice, if enquired through United Nation.

This operation has made my life miserable, where as I did not do any kind of crime, as I left Karachi in 1994. This thing even MQM can confirm.
Thanks to the confession of Brig Imtiaz, which has forced other intelligence officers from the past to admit their role in destroying democracy in Pakistan, it has been established beyond a reasonable doubt that Zardari’s name has been trashed for about 20 years to force Benazir Bhutto out of politics.
Now if Brig Imtiaz has dared to speak truth and revealing reality why some elements are feeling pain and abusing him, one should be aware of the real face and dirty politics of intelligence agencies that always popped up a bona partist party with the help of establishment. Everything was alright when these forces viciously targeted PPP but not now because Brig Imtiaz unveiled the real face of PML-N. However it is not the time of blame game. We should wake up, give credit where it is due, take responsibility for our failure and actions and focus on issue, instead of personal attacks.
By speaking out openly about his horrible role in the past, Brig Imtiaz has taught us that if the country kept on focusing on personalities instead of issues, the country and the nation would continue to suffer.

I clearly gathered the information regarding gen baig an eye surgeon and gen faisal alvi and quite sure that they were killed by army establishment and blame was put into accounts of talibans.
Recently col tahir was killed in wana area.Nobody knows who killed him as he was coming behind the convoy to after finishing his assignment in war area and next day he had to fly for Liberia for his UN deputation.
so I had lot of apprehension about his death as he had serious religious affiliation with some group and our army is not in mood of keeping such characters in its books.I have already told you that our army has already divided on conceptual basis owing to wrong policy and open corruption of top brass working under US plans.It is also internal news that all for all attacks on army areas and buses in last 2 year period, the army men were arrested and under trial and clues are being chased that who provoked these man to go for such acts like breaching of their oath.
So people like you want to see truth and want to tell truth .Senior military men who fought at the time of 1971 were aware of real cause but most preferred to be silent as their facilities like pension medical and housing was generating from GHQ,.They hadn’t any capacity and capability to confront with seniors as top brass have held enormous power in their control after the collapse of political strength due to Bhutto hanging.

I have already told you that my close relatives were involved in two critical areas of Karachi at that moments .They were warned and even attacked by aerial firing to harass them but nobody had done any thing to them as you faced the consequences.They were also told by agencies that their name were on the hit list of mqm but not direct attack was made on them.
Naserr ullah baabr clear warned these mqm goons to get the sac of his size but no body dare to touch him and all knows the extraordinary dare nature of gen babar , not a single attack was made on him as he stayed throughout in Karachi during this period.Shoaib suddel the civilian planner with the aide of FC conducted and planned success full raids on poor mqm worker but closed his eyes on safe exits of its leadership from Karachi airport with having valid passports and visas under his nose.
Again nobody challenged his target and he successfully completed his tenure without any official black spot made on him and his services while mqm is in govt and serving nation parallel along with him.
People like you and me know very well that mqm can only shows power in streets of Karachi as they are successful of channelizing the frustration of youth towards them but no way they can continue their hooliganism in any other area of Pakistan .Now the level of their bravery has so become obvious to all by the self exile of altaf hussain that no further comment is required to explain it.
So i am telling you that my relatives who were in thIS operation were safely sent back to their original units with heavy deputation allowances and after retirment they were offered good jobs in army circles.
So the exact question is why you were brutally targeted even after leaving Karachi.

No civilian could have enter to Gujranwala cantt and could successfully did this terrorism.it was surely an act of arm men who did this and then flee invisibly from crime scene.

Why you and your family didnt know who attacked on your minor sons.On whom care your sons were before attack?it is mystery to me as army houses in Gujranwala was not big enough that owner couldnt escape from there in case of emergency.

Our armed forces they consider them self the sole guardian, the saviours and all time protectors of this nation. So time and again they came and took over the rein of this country in their own hands. Whereas politician whenever they had the chance rather than serving this nation, they were seen filling their coffers and were found always ready to escape aboard at their first opportunity to deposit the pillage outside of country.
In the presence of freewheeling Pakistani media that nothing remains hidden; ARY News Channel is the pioneer in this respect that they took a lead by presenting Brig Imtiaz, DG IB (in programme Sawal Yeh hey) who against all the odds through his confession exposed the misdeed of all the arrogant and haughty political parties and their leaders like nawaz sharif and others; and how Pak Army considering themselves the sole guardian has been manipulating the affairs to keep them atop.
Any how it is heartening to note that all of them fearing it that they stand stark exposed—these lackeys and stooges have started revealing it that they—- robbed, they plundered but they kept the faith—– the faith in their own mother land. They are forced to accept and realize that; woh ghar ka hou ya bahar ka; her dukh kaa madawa ghar main hey.
It’s time for accepting the truth and asking for the forgiveness of their misdeeds from the public. Truth and reconciliation is the call of the day which must be recognised as such and accepted whole heartedly.

I was about to ask the same questions to you which nazia has raised in comment 6. As a junior officer, you donot know the full truth especially which Brig Imitiaz is telling.You are truthful about reocvery of janpur maps. But you donot know who placed them there?
We as juniors obey our seniors but now that you are a retired person TRUTH is more important than anything in this world.

As discussed (and discussed at length) last time— you were a captain in command of B Company of Bhitaie rangers and were assigned a task to do. You did it and that is all. It is all now done and dusted.
Military affairs are military affairs. They are done and dealt by certain military rules and regulations and same may not be brought in civil arena for sake of discussion because that it was not your personal conduct matter.
If you would have bloody well done something wrong i.e a crime then were straight away court marshalled or you would have been given a severe displeasure or sent home; with a simple note. ‘Services no more required’. I believe that you were later sent on premature retirement on your personnel belief grounds as Ahmadi. There are many more who have been sent home on this pretext.
Whether military was right or wrong, in conducting such sort of operations as—1992 operation— that is a national issue and man like you with your stature must not be bothered as a military man and neither you are a fugitive.
When in aid of civil power— Military has been doing lot many things and you were not the only one assigned such like task.
I am still very surprised that why our army men are fearing to confess that this dirty plan of junnah pur was either made in Core HQ or in GHQ.Army works on chain of command and our army is dominant on political and civil structure so the whole plan goes to account of army and all others have to obey them.This is our fate for last 30 years and still going on .

This is well known secret that our military claims to be the sole guardian and saviour of this nation and there is no exaggeration in saying that when it is seen by Military and they evaluate it and find that politician–they do not own this country and they prefer to stay abroad to escape any untoward incident—- Military feel perturbed to see a vacuum——and it is obvious that only institution of military is left to guard this country. Military has its Omni presence— So rightfully or wrongfully—thereby they move in. Our Military believes that they owned this country and are its proud Landlords. They owned it in the past and (believe it or not)—they still own it and are in control of all the developing situations and are keeping a very strict eye on it.
Remember——when there was just one telephone call from COAS to Ehtizaz Ehsan—- and famous / over blown long march was called off right at Gujranwala. ——– Islamabad was just; Do char jab keh labay baam reh gia —-and also———-PPP restored the CJP instantly.

Don’t you think that PML-N was crossing limits and were grown bigger than their life size? It needed to cut them back to their size which includes the PML-N’s CJP also.

There are two ways of doing things. Right way and a wrong way….but there is a third way also—Military way; to be in control of situation the route adopted by our armed forces—-its their way of doing things.
Matter of the fact is that where ever the civilian elites become the weakest links in any nation that nation is taken over by the other forces like military or extremists (internal or external)etc and those nations are always doomed.
No as usual I dont agree with you
there are surely more than two ways of doing things and depend on versatilely of human behaviors /minds growing around us.Right and wrong are part of each decisions and proper planning has always capacity to absorb the wrongness of any act.
Handling civilian matters with military rule is completely wrong way to erect the distorted cases.
Who allowed army to jump to PM houses and arrest the public representatives, hanged him or throw him away by using the power of Gun.
Why not single general was hanged on fall of Decca or in failure of kargil war in our country.
Why after confession of bgder Imtiaz , no action was being taken against ex GOC Karachi as at that moment without his permission no one could think of presenting it to ISPR.
Why again a civilian acted PM is again selected to throw curses on him only?
This is called bullying the nation by posing themselves as actual savior of people.

Pak army has never come to power at their own till they were asked to do so earlier— Public kay pur zour Israar per… or were compelled to adopt that route; as in Musharraf’s time. That is why whenever they came people accepted them as their saviour and it served them as a sigh of relief.
Pak Army take over has invariably been celebrated in the streets by distribution of sweets especially Ladous and saying nawafil e Shukraana.

Don’t take it serious but when people can bear being governed by plunderers, robbers, tax evaders and looters———- what is harm that for a change if they spend some time with their own army lot? For a fun sake.

It has been proved now that after some break they create false scenes using the state machinery and then try to prove their best that political structure is not suitable to us.Here I am thankful to musharf ‘ s regime that at least in his tenure people have now confirmed that our all sole problems are coming from the brains of joint venture of military establishment and strong feudal who are controlling our political structure as per demand of army.

After reading your whereabouts of job areas i.e in karchi operation or in gujrawala cant area,it is very easy for me to approach you directly and get some information which you want to share,But I think it will create lot of problems for you as I think some stir has surely been created in army houses after your direct attack on their real crimes.My points and observation are very clear after reading your biography that you had been only hit by group pf fanatics of our agencies which were surely ordered by some brig and general whom you targeted in your talks.
What ever was your experience in our army life, might be your passion or horrified dream but I clearly took it as brow beaten attitude of our army establishment.After seeing the fate of gen alvi, gen baig and many civilians I think you are luckiest person who survived after tdeadly attacks.
It is difficult for me to directly contact you but you can sent me anything via TPS as I have no trust on net people who is sitting behind the curtains.I think I can trust TPS in this matter as they will care for me and my last one and half year fellowship with them at least.There is no harm on risking one group rather than trying new persons,in this veiled world of net
