It would be interesting to look into NASA GISS Temperature Release for 2000-2009. According to this report average earth temperature increase has been recorded as 0.2 degrees centigrade (one decade figure). So after one hundred years or so, we might face average increase in earth temperature by 2 degree centigrade. This is, by any stretch of imagination, NOT a catastrophic climate change.

The whole issue of Climate Change (man made) got popularity when a politician, Al Gore, wrote books like “An Inconvenient Truth”, “Earth in the Balance”. Given a bird’s view to the whole scenario, we would realize that it has resulted in imposing taxes like Carbon Tax, Carbon Credits etc. Now every government wishes to broaden tax base without much hue and cry in Senate and Assembly. Therefore, an Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was formed at United Nations forum and their report catalyzed the smooth sailing of Carbon tax bill. What I want to prove is that Global Warming has political motivation with the help of like minded scientists if we are cautious not to call them sold out scientists. The emission of carbon dioxide gas in the atmosphere has nothing to do with the climate change. We don’t control mother nature, she controls us.

Soon, we will hear Carbon Tax imposition bill in Indian Lok Sabha.
