Rules are there in form of state-laws, ethics and religious teachings. What we need is a devoted mind to act upon these rules. We have fear of traffic cop and don't accelerate the vehicle but we lack a mind fearing God and caring for future generation. Mostly, such agony motivates martial action which later acquire names of rebellion or modification etc. Indeed an excellent piece encouraging one self-evaluation.

But practically I observed that we Muslims are habitually dirty nation or one say unaware of standard of cleanliness and hygeine,In this field west and other religion has taken an edge on Muslim community.
