BJP leaders skip Jaswant Singh's book launch

New Delhi
, Aug 18: After disagreeing with Jaswant Singh's comment on Jinnah, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders chose to stay away from the former foreign minister's book launch to making their disapproval more evident.

Buzz up!
Jaswant Singh launched the book ‘Jinnah: India-Partition Independence’ on Monday, Aug 17 at an event that saw no BJP leader other than party headquarters in-charge Shyam Jaju.

Commenting on the issue, Sushma Swaraj said, “To glorify Jinnah and to blame Sardar Vallabhai Patel for partition is against the ethos of BJP.”

Apart from BJP, RSS too expressed disapproval over Jaswant Singh's praise of Pakistan's founder Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

"I have only read excerpts of the book. But I am constrained to say that it is far from the truth to state that Jinnah was not responsible for partition," RSS leader Ram Madhav was quoted as saying in a news agency report.

Singh blames Jawaharlal Nehru and Sardar Vallabhai Patel for the India- Pakistan Partition and contends that Jinnah had been wronged.

Dear Sajjid,
You say USA is concerned about NUKES of Pakistan but you donot give CREDIT TO BHUTTO who was responsible for it and Zia killed him on orders of USA for making Pakistan a nuke power. Benazir didnot legally want to eliminate nukes. She said " Pakistan should have kept the ambiguity of Nuclear deterrence, it was maintaining till then" By copy catting India it won some kudos from ordinary Pakistanies but is now facing the international pressure.
Again give credit to civilian government of Zardari for reviving satellite launching capability of Pakistan which was scuttled by Musharaff.

Dear Aftab,

"Russian designs about us "

Ever heard about the cold war? (i'll give you a hint : it wasnt a war fought in winter), who were the two major players? Dont tell me you are also unaware of what happened in the 1980's ! If you are then just say.

Call me pann wala garment wala, Arias Medona or M. Jackson even calling me FDR wont help you, you are trying to divert the real issue, if you are so helpless and with out a reason or answer and still want to defend your friend the USA, then simply close your eyes and dream in your comfort zone, and do put the "Do Not Disturb" on your door.

I believe the 60 years are not enough for you , is this why you are asking for more time on the behalf of your master USA, so it can prove her worth as a true friend? Keep waiting forever. You dont have the patience to tolerate anyone who disagrees with your master, how would find patience to wait for even a day?

The only reason to quote the line -which has become a bone in your neck- was to explain the need for a valid reason was required to invade Pakistan. .

As far as the source of the line is concerned, if you lose your sleep over it , just copy past the line on google and search.

I trust you can do a simple job like this , please dont tell me that you are so pathetic and unable to do it, if that is the case ask your friend the USA to help you out. After all you have so much faith in them. This is the least your friends can do for you.

History - easy as a word, but not so easy subject to learn anything from, is it? Go and read it. Since you so reverently quoted what Henry Kissinger thinks or supposedly have warned you 'personally', read him with reference to Bangladesh conflict, India's role and our vulnerability. Refresh your memory about Russian designs about us through Afghanistan 1979. Yes, I do depend on US to help us from descending into the quagmire of a 'voodistan' - and by the way I am not alone in this, luckily there are many who do not believe and wait for direct intervention from any 'holy powers' to come down and provide the billions that we need right now to sustain.

Are you going to tell me where you got this from, ” Every search for a hero must begin with something which every hero requires, a villain.” ? As Arias you quoted Medona, who is this one ? Must I look upto the same source instead of any books. Tell me it's from some Hollywood movie - which one?

Muhammad Ali Sajjad,

You mentioned that the government wants people every word they say, which of course many people don't. But you guys do agree and accept every word that your army says, don't you?

Dear Aftab,

"‘Not so’ dear Sajjad! ??"

now you are breaking my heart,

By the way , you may not depend on balck magic but you do depend on the US.

A paan wala's paan may make him independent one day but your friend US would never want us Pakistanis become independent.

Why wait for time to prove, you have got a whole 6 decades of our history, search it and prove me wrong.

Or you still want more time? are 60 years not enough? or you expect me to wait for an eternity?

Best Regards

'Not so' dear Sajjad! what's the point in arguing any further. I'll let time prove you wrong. Sure I hope my psychiatrist to be a happy man, I pay him well enough to read and analyse and interpret the state of your mental pathology by seeing all such nonsense what you guys are capable of producing. I do not depend on any 'kala' or white 'jadoo' or 'maulbis' for any taveez as you and your self-chosen 'beacons of light' do.

By the way I liked just this one sentence in whole of your article above, " Every search for a hero must begin with something which every hero requires, a villain." - now, whose is this originally? Help me recall where did I read it before - I mean it's not yours and as usual you forgot to give any credits to anyone!
