1985 ,17 years old ,beautiful and gorgeous ,sana mehad ali ,a Lebanese girl blew her self near an Israeli convoy killing many thus threatening the globe and , initiating a new trend and era in coming days and ways of engagement to enemy and a trend settler in militancy /terrorism.

I saw her on my television, giving her last interview, perhaps few hours ahead of being declared, the martyr.It was too painful to see such a stunning and strikingly eye-catching, women in her peaks being in hands of death.

With appreciation and impressive reflection of her valor and fearlessness, I was obsessed with a feeling of infatuation and passion. “Why could she do this to her self?” “What could be the root cause that took her to take such an extreme decision of sacrificing life?” “Why did she prefer her sacrifice over her life”?

It is almost 23years that I saw her on television but still could not forget her name and interview and of course, the answer to my question.

By looking at the diversity and different atrocities with reference to this terminology terrorism/militancy, different field’s related expert activated to define the subject in their own version, but a close observer would definitely award these commentators to have, a discriminating and bias attitude in the form of expertise and of course their opinion, which reflects their way of perception and desirable motive in the light of their feel, sense, sensation and apprehensions.

What is terrorism and militancy? What is the mentality of a terrorist or a militant? How can we overcome this issue? Is there any difference between the two terminology or are we using the two deliberately as synonyms? .

To provide some answer to these question and to take a comprehensive initiative in this regard, we need to isolate, study , under stand , remove, justify and then counter the issue ,globally ,by holding the need to ascertain, demarcate and regard the element of psychological ,social ,religious ,political and personnel motives ,reasons and belief.

If we perceive the definition of this free lancer in the light of a layman, with no expertise and having a bird’s eye, headliner view of the subject, we will definitely correlate the two terminology terrorism and militancy altogether

But,

Is it justified to get start such a sensitive issue in the light and comments of those who could not even differentiate the definition and core of the terminology.

Simply using the two terms in lieu and places, interchangeably, reflects the preconceive idea and dictation to assimilate the perception, pessimism and bias opinion of the commentator as and what, is floated.

Although there are more than hundred definitions of this term “terrorism” but keeping a prejudice, bias attitude, motive and expression of interest, almost all defines the subject in the contest of jihad, knowingly and deliberately.

This terminology has in fact been replaced with the prefixed term militancy thus synonymously utilizing the same in different scenarios . U.S Department of State defines in title 22 of the U.S Code section 2656 as “premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by sub national groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence audience”.

The Department of Defense has another and Federal Bureau of investigation exploring in her own manner, reflecting the diversities in, subject on as, If, When and Whom , basis .

If I recall the commentary and opinions of different commentators of the subject ,and their precognitive ideas to impress passively the concept and views of the foreign policies agenda and desire segments ,in order to qualify for the , ( U.S prestigious Livingston award) as a reporter and media professional, I would definitely love to hold and restrict my comments as it is an expression of a prejudice , bias and restricted thinking and opinion against the respondent or the writers view to feed his interpreted ,ill feelings ,concepts and explanation to second the policies as righteous and classical.

Closely watching and sorting the reviews and citation by these columnist ,explains the American concept of jihad and Muslims ,reflecting in a manner that clearly shows narrow mindedness ,partiality ,and foregone conclusion ,totally unaware and linking all to her bitter enemy by suggestion and feed backs provided to them by so called well known experts and writers of the world .

Neither Islam is ALQaeeda nor ALQaeeda is Islam. Relating every move of subject organization to Islamic threat and al Qaeda’s opinions as standard verdicts against America has resulted in a shift of graph shaping to restrain educated and balance Muslim opinions against the policies thus seeding to retaliate in a manner of bad taste and desire .

This trend to second and support the opinion and remarks was fractionally prop up to preconceive design by utilization of commentators from all origin of concepts, less scholars with standing, affiliations and belongings in Muslim world.

This is my opinion and I have no hesitation to assist the same by looking at a glance to the past chapter of verses and voices delivered as speeches, recommendations and documentaries by different commentators of the world less muslims scholars .

These commentators with different belongings have no affiliation to the Muslim community, and such bypassing of opinion of Muslim scholars is not acceptable at international platform of version for definition of Islam.

In my opinion weight age as per belonging to Muslim scholars be given so as to make precedents in lieu of Muslim version before citing it as policies or new world order or whatsoever.
