Now when Baitullah Mehsud's letter is found in the body of a carrier addressed to this same general , the news is not even released. New citizen anti terror squads must be formed and these young citizens must be inducted into these civilian anti-terror squads, to counter the threat of Talibanisation in our cities. These civilian anti-terror squads must be granted powers through legislation that allow them to arrest any Mullah or Terrorist Sympathizer, interrogate them, and present them in anti-terrorism courts within 48 hours. Moreover, there is a need to make anti-terrorism courts more efficient, so as to enable them to hand out death penalties to terrorists and their Moulvi Sympathizers within 24 hours, and appropriate legislation should be made, so that their decisions couldn't be challenged in any higher court of law. This great proposal was put forth by MQM Quaid-e-Tehrik Altaf Hussain Bhai. It is high time that our government heeds Quaid-e-Tehrik's words of wisdom.
