Campaign to Malign Iftikhar Chaudhry

By Salman Mugsi • Dec 17th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 6 Comments

There are obvious signs that somebody at the very top hasn’t really accepted the restoration of chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. Not only a silent campaign is going on in the media and in the shady corridors of Islamabad to smear the name of the apex justice,  but also conspiracies are on the rise against him.

There is lots of mystery which sorrounds country’s top judge, which had narrowly missed a fatal accident in Islamabad. This mystery is directly attached to his accident. Not only media is silent, but also the inquiry has also been stopped and now reopened.  The earlier inquiry report was disapproved by Registrar Supreme Court Dr Faquir Husain.

CJP is the center of limelight right now as he is pursuing cases of massive corruption, loot and plunder. Literally, the future of the country, democracy and rule of law is in the hands of CJP, and time is not far away when he will be giving the historical verdict which could rock the boat for many.

But CJP must take great care of himself. His life is in danger.

  1. In the country of suicidal bombing and target killings any where. any time it is difficult to predict the fool proof security arrangement for our all judges. So only prays of common people can safe them from the wrath of mafia that is directly coming under his legal attack.Army establishment and CIA agents are against CJP and the way they removed Gen alvi , gen beig and brig moeen from the scene also hints of their negative trends toward their hurdles.Land and high rise buildings mafias are another kind of tycoons disguise as elite class is also facing huge losses due to his strong stance on environmental issues. His legal pinching to sugar hoarders mostly sitting in Parliament houses are also developing hate affairs for him.So he is the man with lot of enemies.lets see who will plan first to execute him by giving them cover of Taliban attack on our liberal judge.

In gojra case judiciary played its role but establishment failed to catch the criminals.
In sugar price judiciary was the one in state functions who took actions but again state was failed to follow the orders.
NRO is made for Bhutto and Musharraf group but 8000 people got benefits.
Bring the cases of sharif in courts and activate it and then get the response.
CJP is highly reacting against establishment and that is his real identification in national and international circles.
You should correct your record and kindly go for right blames that exists.
