Global oil prices are at all-time high levels (about $139 per barrel) and
the nation’s public sector oil companies can no longer sustain the heavy
subsidy on petroleum products.
So which are the nations where the price of petrol is highest and lowest in
the world?
*1. Turkey: Rs 113.30 per litre*
*2. Norway (Oslo): Rs 112 per litre*
*3. United Kingdom: Rs 95.50 per litre*
*4. Hong Kong: Rs 84.10 per litre*
*5. Brazil (Sao Paolo): Rs 66 per litre*
*6. Canada: Rs 57 per litre*
*7. India: Rs 51 per litre*
*8. Pakistan: Rs 44.80 per litre*
*9. The United States: Rs 44.25 per litre*
*10. Russia (Moscow): Rs 42.275 per litre*
*11. China: Rs 31.30 per litre*
*12. Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur): Rs 25.40 per litre*
*13. United Arab Emirates: Rs 15.65 per litre*
*14. Saudi Arabia (Riyadh): Rs 5 per litre*
*15. Venezuela (Caracas): Rs 2.12 per litre*
Next any of your friends or relatives visits Saudi, Dubai or Venezuela tell
them to bring a can of Petrol instead of chocolates and perfumes.

Now time has come that we should seriously think about breaking pack with Iran and start searching oil in untouched areas.
Yes, I endorse Farid Masood suggestion. Why we can’t explore our own country for Oil/Fuel. What kind of this big stupidity was done by Military Dictator, who signed agreement with Iran on it. Its rubbish. Why we have to suffer always. Why we have to not make Gawadar Operational for making our UAE brothers happy, why we not explore Fuel in Baluchistan for making Iran Happy, Why we have not fence Pak-Afghan border for making Afghanistan Happy, Why we allowed India to fence Kashmir LOC for making them happy. Why we have to compromise always. On one side our Leaders Says ” Sub say Pehlay Pakistan” but on other hand favoring all neighbors at our own cost. Are we weaker than all. No, Not at all.
We have to think on each and every agreement again and act according to our benefits. We are not demanding favors from others. we want to safe guard Peoples of Pakistan’s rights.
No body is going to understand methodology of brotherhood etc etc. Every body is serious about their own citizen except Pakistan. Its only Muslim country which is made for favoring others. You are expecting Fuel at concession prices from Middle east (except KSA) but truth is this that they not even issue visit visa to us. Stop relying on others and make yourself independent and respectable. Same will run after you then.
Are we weaker than all. No, Not at all…………………………..no we are not weaker ,we are weakest .what do you think are we that much credible to reward merit and qualification as standard of requirement .check out any damn speciality of your desire you wil simply find persons incapable of the position and qualification to be credited as qualifier .there is a severe lapse of professionalism in our system .this is why we are dependent as our own ,leave this country ,the day they realize that they will not be adjusted in our system of thoughts.

Saleem khan, your all the WHY? made me think and the reason I found is that “BECAUSE” we as a Pakistani Nation became a very corrupt nation and - Reasons can be thousands and I know everyone will start pointing finger on everyone else except himself. BUT when the family is not intact and cohesive, all the neighbors got the right to come between the mother and father and son and daughter, and start telling them what to do. And then this family will be exploited, messed around , kickled around and don’t have any respect from anyone, SINCE they don’t have any respect for themselves.
And that is why we are what we are. We have to stop blaming others and start looking at our own wrong doings, day and night, hour by hour and realize the sickness in our own body and fix it, before other comes over with blades and scalpels and knives and bandages and cut and remove and amputate our body of our beloved partsd of our body. This had happened before nad this can happen again for atleast five more times. Since we still have five major nations living in one country PAKISTAN. May Allah save these ignorant and mischevious people of Pakistan. Let me say again PEOPLE not the land.
