Where is humanity?

police said Monday they had arrested two middle-aged brothers on suspicion of stealing and eating human flesh in an investigation into cannibalism that has shocked a remote town. “We arrested the two men from Kohar Kalan village on Sunday after it was revealed they had been stealing bodies from graves and eating them,” local police officer Abdul Rehman told AFP.

  1. Astaghferullah, may Allah forgive us nd may Allah have mercy upon us .Ameen

  2. Pakistan meat rate
    Mutton 600 rs/kg
    beef 400
    chicken 300 rs/kg
    ground reality
Average Pakistani living here cant think of eating meat for months. They stand on food queues for hours and hours for single meat piece which they hardly get due to large crowd. As per my elders they have never seen such a angry mob for foods since their times as we have now.
I am living in one of posh locality of Pakistan and I have heard many times from laborers and servants that among hundreds houses here only few provide quality food to them other wise cheap vegetables and low quality pulses are given to them.

See your ads of cooking items. TV projection of good living , high standard living of ruling class!

Then be ready, sooner you would hear more cases like that so be prepare for this inhumane behavior as this is started due to insensate attitude of rich class.

  3. Nazia , thats not good.

  4. It is not good but it is real.
I have provided treatment to poor servant who was beaten by his master for eating dog food which he bought for his imported breed of dog.
I am trying to heal the damaged under feet of maid that were severely burnt on acid cleaning of extraordinary modern toilets as their master didn’t provide them simple shoes and gloves for her protection.
I am seeing that even in cold winters n tea is not served to these domestic servants in those houses where monthly parties are arranged to discuss national and social problems of Pakistan.
I just mean to say that cruelty of rich people can bring savagely behavior to poor and hungry so dont follow the news and find the reasons of this inhumane attitude of poor and it is clear and obvious.
Extreme differences of classes regarding living and eating and is coming ahead in front of us in next years,
I am just warning people of coming real scenes.

  5. Nazia,

It’s really weird; Inflation rate can’t be tamed and increasing every day. I am from one of the revenue generator city of Pakistan. Here poor people still working 100$/Month and the employer getting rich day by day no body payees attention on that.

  6. @Nazia I don’t agree with your assumption that poverty makes people cannibals( so poor ppl have no morals??) Those brothers didn’t eat corpses bec they were poor. Their whole family has been involved in cannibalism for decades and as per their own statement they’re addicted to human flesh.

  7. @6 poverty is secondary factor of taking humanity toward cannibalism but first thing is cruelty which is part of one’s life since childhood.
A child growing up in cruel and immoral family values can behave in same manner as these cannibals are found eating dead bodies. They were abused children, rejected from family love ones, dejected by partners, unemployment and here poverty created more horrible picture. From my observation, almost 40 to 50% Pakistanis are living in same life pattern where they face abusing since they are children, society disregard them, family consider them source of income only due to their poor state of living that is why getting suicidal bomber idea has been popularly clicked in our soil.
    @5
Hunger and uncontrolled inflation is creating hunger havoc in lower class and they are tending toward criminal attitude for minimum survival.100 $ /month is fairly good amount which is equivalent to 9000 Rs here people are living less than 4 to 5000 Rs /month. How unbelievable while living in better living setup but it is reality.

  8. nazia what ur opionion, you should not correlate this with such realities……… basically that the difference between human being and other creations that they can understand and resistance power, patience and thinking.

  9. @Nazia What abt our blood sucking politcians? Neither are they rejected by family nor dejected by partners but they still have cannibalistic tendencies.

  10. @ 2 Nazia,
At least, you are coming back to senses after almost 4 years. Can u please compare these prices with your most envied Musharraf/Shaukat Azi era.

Allah will blessed you for your (expected) honesty

  11. @10 Mush massacred his own people for $$. there’s not much difference between him and a cannibal.

  12. das number
Eshiq hoo tu Aisa ,Ashiq hoo tu App jaisa or Masshooq hu tu musharf jaisy,
runaway, flirtatious, looking for better option and still enjoying the love affair Aap jasiya Ashiaqqon ka
I am talking about savagely nature of cannibals and you are recalling your lost love Mush
    what a synonymic coincidence
these cannibals are eating human mean since the time of Musharraf or may be earlier as they are generation wise poor, sick minded and frustrated guys and even as you said golden period of Musharraf couldn’t give them some glitter of golden era of Musharraf.
By the way these poor guys are just eating flesh of dead people and your Musharraf has eaten away peace of 16 million people who were relying and paying to him to protect them from war and terror. But he left Pakistan after turning it into land of export of terrorism where thousands of casualties have been happened under the protection of 5th largest army of world having nuclear arm capability.

  13. @Nazia,
You didn’t show your honesty again by not comparing the prices of commodities to the present.

    @11
Where is the evidence that Musharraf sold PAKISTANIS for $$. He simply handed over FOREIGN terrorists required by International Law. Quite unlike your favourite Nawaza handed over Aimal Kansi (A Pakistani) to US

    Tareekh Parho beta Tareekh

  14. @13 A follower of mush is lecturing on honesty? what a joke. your dishonesty is obvious from your illogical assumption that whoever opposes that traitor musharraf has to be a supporter of nawaz league. Same old tactic if you can’t attack the message just attack the messenger.

It’s rather ‘naive’ of you to ask for evidence when your leader has confesssed in his own book he sold Pakistanis for dollars. Correct your facts they were all SUSPECTS not terrorists over 650 missing persons were illegally abducted by this traitor. They were illegally detailed no international law permits this inhuman treatment so stop peddling baseless theories on international law.

  15. Contrary to Mush fan club’s claims that Pakistan was prospering and our economy was booming under his rule, it was nothing but a deception. See below the list of his ‘achievements’ he rented out Pakistan like a slave state and our economy suffered massively under him:

    (informationclearinghouse.info)
WASHINGTON: The US Central Command (Centcom) has provided startling official data of what General Pervez Musharraf’s Pakistan did for the US in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) against Afghanistan, allowing 57,800 US air attacks from Pak soil with the Pakistan economy suffering a staggering loss of US$ 10 billion.

The Centcom figures are far in excess of what Pakistani Government officials and experts have been claiming, the highest claim being US$ 2-3 billion. In contrast, what the US has offered to Pakistan so far, a US$ 1 billion write-off of loans, looks like as spoon of tomato ketchup in place of a full fledged state banquet.

These figures have been revealed in a detailed review of Pakistan’s role in the operation and are specifically mentioned under the title “Effects of Operation Enduring Freedom on Economy of Pakistan” at the US Centcom web site, a huge resource about the US and coalition activities under the Command.
The Web site is still not complete but it gives a list of all the countries which contributed in the international coalition, 51 states named so far. Each country has been assigned a full page and details of that country’s efforts and contributions have been listed. After Canada, Pakistan has the most data on the page. Many country pages, including that of Saudi Arabia, are still under construction. The web site is, however, up to date on all other Centcom activities.

“Operation Enduring Freedom adversely affected the already fragile economy of Pakistan. Major losses were caused to the civil aviation, tourism, investment and shipping due to rise in the rates of insurance,” the Centcom site data says.

“Besides this, Pakistani exports also suffered adversely and foreign investments experienced a visible decline. According to a rough estimate, Pakistan’s economy suffered a loss of over US$ 10 billion since October 2001,” it adds.

But more mind boggling are the other stats revealed by the Centcom about use of Pakistani
air and ground space and facilities provided for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). For instance the Centcom data reveals that:

    - Pakistan provided five air bases/airfields. However in emergency planes could land anywhere in Pakistan.
    - On the average 400,000 liters of fuel per day was provided to US.
    - A total of 57,800 sorties were generated from Pakistan’s air space/soil.
    - In order to facilitate launching of air ops into Afghanistan, Pakistan provided 2/3rd of its air space as air corridor to the US/Coalition Forces. By so doing, Pakistan had to reschedule/ redirect many of its commercial flights.
    - Pakistan Navy provided landing facility to the US/Coalition ships at Pasni.
    - At sea, Pakistan Navy operations/training were curtailed in order to accommodate and facilitate the operations of US/Coalition Naval Forces.
    - According to the US Marine Corps Gazette of June 2002, the Coalition Naval Operations at Pasni were the largest amphibious operations in size, duration and depth that the Marine Corps had conducted since the Korean War.
    - In all, 8,000 Marines, 330 vehicles and over 1350 tons of equipment/logistic were off loaded at the beach and later flown to Kandahar from Pasni.

(and still his supporters refuse to accept the truth… they say love is blind:-p)

how long you would remain this expired and fake list of achievement.Trust me all ruling govt prepare such kind of data base to impress the foreign press and dignitaries and in actual there is no reality in it.PPP govt has already made its list of milestones and sooner it would be published like that.
so dont trust the numbers and words and see the ground realities.
Who has disfigured this number of success even in one year.
by the way if Musharraf and shuakat aziz were so successful then why first Musharraf kicked shaukat aziz and then runaway like him from same country where his army is still on driving seat,

  18. @16
””Can you quote me the page number of Musharraf book you referring to about any PAKISTANIS (Please remember this time the word Pakistanis) he sold to anyone.
If you failed I hope you will not use the word TRUE with ur name (for shame)””

Who’s Afia Siddiqui? Now you would keep on denying she was a Pakistani right? bl@@dy liar. How many times are you going to change yr line? First you lied ’oh they were terrorists’ when I caught you changed track again to ‘give me the page num’ crap…make up yr mind which version of the story you wanna sell. I would suggest you to officially change your title to MS LIAR .You shouldn’t even be talking about shame because you support a p!mp now you should know better shame is something they don’t feel :-p

Just to expose yr lie (now MS LIAR keep denying he ever wrote it.)

In The Line Of Fire, President Musharraf writes in Chapter 23, entitled ‘Manhunt’:

“Since shortly after 9/11, when many members of Al Qaeda fled Afghanistan and crossed the border into Pakistan, we have played cat and mouse with them. Some are known to the world, some are not. We have captured 689 and handed over 369 to the United States. We have earned bounties totaling millions of dollars. Those who habitually accuse us of “not doing enough” in the war on terror should simply ask the CIA how much prize money it has paid to the government of Pakistan.”

The Times( now would you come out of denial mode?)

America paid us to hand over al-Qaeda suspects

General Musharraf’s memoir serialised in The Times will further embarrass the White House

    By Daniel McGrory

09/25/06 “The Times” — – PRESIDENT Musharraf of Pakistan says that the CIA has secretly paid his government millions of dollars for handing over hundreds of al-Qaeda suspects to America.

The US government has strict rules banning such reward payments to foreign powers involved in the war on terror. General Musharraf does not say how much the CIA gave in return for the 369 al-Qaeda figures that he ordered should be passed to the US.

The US Department of Justice said: “We didn’t know about this. It should not happen. These bounty payments are for private individuals who help to trace terrorists on the FBI’s most wanted list, not foreign governments.”

The revelation comes from General Musharraf’s memoir, In the Line of Fire, which begins serialisation in The Times today and will further embarrass the White House at a time when relations between the US and Pakistan are already strained.

The latest revelation will embarrass the White House days before General Musharraf is due to meet President Bush and President Karzai of Afghanistan to discuss how to combat a resurgent Taleban.

The disclosures are also causing consternation in Pakistan. Members of General Musharraf’s Cabinet and senior diplomats apparently did not know he was writing a book and are worried that relations with its allies and Western intelligence agencies will be damaged by the revelations.

The CIA refused to divulge the size of its bounty payments, saying: “Our relationships with international leaders is not something we are prepared to talk about.” One senior CIA figure added: “Nor do we expect these leaders to do so.”

That exposes your lies that they were all terrorists @13. They were suspects and they included Pakistani citizens your wussy being a liar even misreported in his own book. In 2003, Afia Sidduqi a Pakistani citizen was picked up from Pakistan along with her three children. Check out Amnesty International ‘s report on the number of Pakistani victims.

Now say Clive Smith is lying too!

Musharraf admits to detaining more than 600 suspects

Musharraf admits to detaining more than 600 suspects; US sources suggest the true figure may be twice as high. Recent official data shows that only 5 per cent of prisoners at Guantanamo were captured by US forces. The rest were sold by Afghanistan and Pakistan. But, in all likelihood, the president is none too concerned where the bounty dollars will go, as he has reportedly been paid an advance of more than $1m by his publishers, Simon & Schuster.
One lesson of Musharraf’s book is that the disastrous US bounty programme itself should come “in the line of fire”. If you go to the market place and buy everything that glitters, you will end up with very little gold, but a whole heap of worthless iron pyrites.
Those members included Pakistani nationals and were suspects which were not tried in any court before handing over to USA.

More on missing persons during Musharraf’s dictatorship from HRCP’s report:

The phenomenon of Pakistanis disappearing mysteriously began some time after Musharraf’s infamous capitulation to a telephone call from the USA’s General Colin Powell. Nobody knows the exact number of disappearances – the figures vary greatly from one source to another. The Defence of Human Rights of Pakistan seems to have estimated the number of missing persons as being in the range 8,000 – 10,000. The website of DHRP states:
“The Pakistani government suggests that only 4,000 have been arrested since 2001. Human Rights organizations claim thousands more. It is impossible to ascertain the correct figures.”
However, the figure that the federal government seems to have given to the Supreme Court is around 1,600, many of whom are claimed to have been recovered. The Balochistan government speaks of some 1000 Balochis missing.
As the extract from Musharraf’s book confirms, hundreds of missing persons are thought to be Pakistani citizens whom the Americans suspected of having links with Al-Qaeda and the Taliban. In violation of Pakistani and international laws these people were simply handed over to the Americans in return for fat wads of dollars, resulting in some Pakistanis in positions of power becoming obscenely rich trading away the freedom of their compatriots to the Americans. Other missing persons are thought to include people associated with various militant groups, journalists and others who simply upset powerful people with their outspoken views.
The HRCP originally filed a petition on behalf of the families of missing persons in 2005. At a time when Pakistan was in the iron grip of a military dictator, the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry summoned up courage to constitute a bench to hear the petition. Notices were sent to the Attorney General and the Interior Ministry to answer questions and to file a detailed reply to account for the missing persons. So far as I am able to ascertain, these notices by the “upstart CJP” were not taken seriously. The Attorney General ignored the Court’s instructions and did not make an appearance in court; worse, he instructed the Deputy Attorney General (DAG) to deal with the matter. As for the Interior Ministry, it did not file a reply as directed by the court!
In 2006 the Supreme Court took up regular hearings of these petitions. That same year the HRCP issued a report which claimed that the number of persons picked up by intelligence agencies, and detained at secret locations, was growing at an “alarming rate”. Musharraf tried to deflect attention away from the army’s secret agencies by claiming that it was the “jihadis” who were responsible for the disappearances. The Asian Human Rights Commission on Pakistan backed the stance of HRCP by saying:
“some 600 person are believed to have disappeared during this year following their arrests by the law enforcement agencies.”
Given Musharraf’s opposition to this case, the progress was extremely slow. Finally, at the SC hearing on April 10 2007, the hapless DAG blurted out in frustration:
“It’s a very sensitive case and I am completely helpless. All I can do is to contact Interior Ministry and that I did. But they didn’t give me any information about the whereabouts of those missing people.”
After five hearings since December 2006 the poor DAG remained as clueless as ever, getting no worthwhile information from the Interior Ministry. In desperation he said:
“The crisis in the country is due to the non-enforcement of the Constitution … I have sentiments, too, being a father, a brother and a husband and feel the difficulties of the families of the missing persons. Therefore, I cannot face them.”
In November 2007 Musharraf imposed a state of emergency and suspended a majority of judges.

(Ms Liar since you’re a self appointed media manager of that tr@itor’s one woman party you better do some research before babbling)

  19. ””Moreover for the rest 15. Please see below””

Here’s WSWJ on that tr@itor in 2008 …. even they considered him a boot-licker who ditched his country to serve US interests and thats why Bush clinged to him… Read on to revive yr memory.

Pakistanis overwhelmingly reject US-backed strongman Musharraf

By K. Ratnayake and Keith Jones
    20 February 2008

The election results constitute a major blow to the Bush administration, which has defended Musharraf through thick and thin, including his imposition of martial law for six weeks beginning last November 3, his purge of supreme and superior court judges deemed insufficiently pliant, and his patently unconstitutional, stage-managed “re-election” to a further five-year term as president last October.

During the past seven years, Bush has repeatedly hailed Musharraf as a pivotal ally in the “war on terror,” justified his autocratic actions as steps toward democracy, and expressed his personal admiration and even affection for the Pakistani dictator.

Under Musharraf, Pakistan has played a vital role in the US invasion and occupation of Afghanistan and provided the US military-intelligence apparatus with offshore torture sites as well as training grounds and staging areas for US war preparations against Iran.

Even the US press has been forced to concede that a key element in the popular hostility to Musharraf is his close and subservient relationship with Washington. The United States is reviled for having supported a succession of military dictatorships in Pakistan, for its Afghan and Iraq wars, and for the pressure it has placed on the Musharraf regime to ruthlessly suppress the Taliban in Pakistan’s Pashtun-speaking tribal and border areas.

At Washington’s urging, the Pakistani military has targeted the civilian population in insurgent areas, sought to exert central government control over tribal areas which since the creation of Pakistan have enjoyed broad autonomy, and arbitrarily “disappeared” Islamic terrorist suspects.

In the weeks prior to the elections, a parade of top US intelligence and Pentagon officials traveled to Islamabad to press Musharraf and the Pakistani military to allow the US military-intelligence apparatus to play an even larger role in Pakistan’s anti-Taliban counter-insurgency war.

    Washington clings to Musharraf

In the wake of Monday’s elections, the Bush administration appears intent on clinging to Musharraf.

“We certainly would hope that whoever becomes prime minister, and whoever winds up in charge of the new government, would be able to work with him [Musharraf] and to work with all other factions,” declared US State Department spokesman Tom Casey early Tuesday morning.

Speaking later in the day, the State Department’s Sean McCormack stressed that the full, official election results were not known and reiterated the administration’s continuing support for Musharraf: “We are going to continue our work with President Musharraf and whatever that new government may be on goals of our interest.”

Said Kerry, “We urge the leaders of the various political parties to put the grudges of the past in the past.” In other words, the opposition parties should not challenge Musharraf’s presidential mandate—no matter that it was secured through a sham election, the imposition of martial law and a judicial purge.

The results are all the more devastating in that the Musharraf regime went to extraordinary lengths to manipulate and rig the elections.

Musharraf used last year’s emergency to impose permanent and draconian restrictions on the press and harass and jail thousands of oppositionists, some of whom remained in jail or under house arrest through Monday’s vote. Journalists were threatened and harassed so as not to report on opposition campaigns. Many of those who went to the polls Monday were not allowed to vote because their names did not appear on the voter lists compiled by the pro-government Election Commission.

Neither of the principal opposition leaders were able to contest the elections.

Nawaz Sharif—whom Musharraf deposed in his 1999 military coup, sent into exile after arranging for his conviction on treason charges, and expelled from the country again when he first attempted to return to Pakistan last September—was barred from standing for election on the grounds he is a convicted criminal.

PPP leader Benazir Bhutto was assassinated on December 27, less than two weeks before the original election date, and just hours before she was to hand over to US lawmakers evidence that Musharraf’s allies were planning to rig the vote.

    Pro-Musharraf parties routed

According to GEO Television and Dawn reports, the PML (Q) has won just 38 of the 258 National Assembly seats where the results have been tallied, as compared to 87 for the PPP and 66 for Sharif’s PML (N).

    ….

need more proof he was a US d@g eh? Musharraf was rejected by the people of Pakistan its time for you toadies to move on. Your fudged up economic data makes pretty headlines but in reality it was just a mirage it did not matter bec the People of Pakistan kicked out that dictator. Go bury him in England.
