It is not sugar these mills produce only. It produces molasses, ethers and waste of sugar cane that is sold to paper industry or for using as fuel in boilers. So Govt if sincere and strong should punish these mill owners who are earning from more then one product and cheating their mother land. It is horrible scene that flour, sugar and cement are product of Pakistan but hidden in larger gowdoms in front of whole management so what happens in the Pakistan is rarely done in other countries having little system of governance.
