I have seen best mind and dutiful strong bodies of my nation being blasted at the hand of stern misguided faiths, left the streets bleeding by the blood of mind, body and faith at the funeral of soul. Gone are the days when these qualities come in the single soul (the tone of whose harmony kept the world wondered, for over five centuries).  It’s not like that we are not intelligent or weak at faith rather having the best (Even the stern enemy may testify this verdict). But, what a luck, that both of these pearls, which any nation may dream of, hijacked at the hand of ill-governance. The capacity constraint was not new on the part of our government, neither does the ill intention but it’s the first time ever the worse synchronization I have seen in the last 60 years.  Have a look on this example

Cross the long porous border, ask any tailor to sew you the uniform, have the weapon from tribal area, and get the forged license after coming in city, not to say on the stolen or smuggled vehicle, which you find on a way. Get your currency exchange (if not brought with you high quality printed forged local currency) around any street without showing your identification (if asked have 2-number id-card). The slums and posh areas will solve your problem of living depending on how much money you want to spend on boarding. If your work requires a team, get induction from un-registered madrassah, or from far off poor village (on the name of taking his son to Dubai). After fulfilling his basic need for couple of weeks (which he might never got in his life) you will become his god father. The first ever person who blessed him with this, will become as much important person, that he will think twice to refuse his command (Thanks to lack of basic necessities). If you want to be out of doubt, exploit his religious emotion as much as needed (Ignorance). In order to communicate, you probably need a phone connection, which you can have from any mushroomed franchise of any telecom on your way back home. And you are done with your preparation. (Is the reality different? I hope to hear yes)

Why it is so easy? Where are the laws enforcing agencies? Where is the government itself? Well to be very frank, there is no governance. To me the governance is the knowledge of resources, and needs and to connect the both in optimization. So here neither does the government knows about resources nor about needs. The foreign surveys tell us not only of our geographical, mineral resources and human resources but also of their needs of food, health and justice, rather they also tell us what and who we like and otherwise . Bur what do we care!

Why it is so easy, it is easy because you can do every thing what you want and no body will ever know what you did. There is no documentation at all, if any it is filed under the heap of files, so no body will bother to search that mess out. The system designed to disguise owns interests, started back leashing. Under payment to government officials, erupted the flood of corruption to satisfy the local needs at the cost of country. Unplanned cities founded by disconnected individuals visited by unknown strangers washed away all the check which used to have in old golden days (Where both people and law enforcement agencies knew of the neighborhood). What check do you expect there, where nobody know nothing.

The local sphere of meager corruption of tailor, weapon license forger and money changer lacked the vision to foresee the interest of nation at jeopardy by their apparently small crimes. These innocent guys didn’t know that this time small crimes of these, unlike before, are initiating the storm that will not stop before burning their own houses. But there is what government for. Who suppose to have all information and to process that in best possible way to ensure law and order, peace and security. But unfortunately that is not there. So, the resources are becoming curse, rivers are killing people due to flooding instead of feeding the bellies by irrigating crops. And the faiths are killing the minds, all due to ill governance. Believe me there are no two different resources or energies for construction and destruction. Its only one energy that either construct or destruct provided how it is managed. When you won’t use your resources, somebody else will as there is no vacuum in this world (not to ask what for, construction or destruction)

So what one can do in this situation, when governance flopped, when top to bottom approach won’t work, then I will say try bottom to top. Create the local wisdom, think beyond personal bellies, and foresee things beyond tomorrow. Communicate the message to tailor, money changer and others. Because I believe it’s not the big holes but the ignored smaller ones which drowns the bigger boats. And if no body will take care then believe me there is no roam for vacuum in this world. The winds will blow the storms even the hurricanes and that will decide the fate of nation who don’t want to fill the vacuum neither by top to bottom nor bottom to top
