Salary packages are very low, no annual bonus, no medical allowance no conveyance allowance. Banks are hiring people on permanent basis from outside bank with reference and neglecting outsourced staff. This is total discrimination. I appeal to Government of Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan to take actions against banks in this regards and instruct commercial bank to regular their outsourced employees and revise their packages according to Market inflation rate. MCB Bank is also one of the Bank that hiring people on third party contract. MCB Management is not interested to regular their outsourced staff.
