A new breed of Muslim League is set to appear on the horizon, and this Muslim League is likely to go by the name of Awami Muslim League. It has got all the ingredients needed for a party, and only one thing is lacking; that is Awam, the people.

The sole founder, sole leader, sole worker and sole member of this part is none other than the Musharraf’s close buddy, Sheikh Rashid Ahmad Tulli of Rawalpindi. Sheikh Rashid, whose security deposit was confiscated on 18th February from his own constituency in Rawalpindi was dreaming of becoming the president of PML-Quisling, but then Chaudharies quashed his dreams. Hamid Nasir Chattha and Manzoor Wattoo also became a large stumbling stone in the way of Shiekh’s glory.

But then Shiekh has got enough sturdiness, thick skin, cigars and sycophants to get himself thoroughly humiliated in the name of yet another Muslim League.
