At Least Give Us Hope
By Salman Mugsi • Jan 5th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 4 CommentsThe parliament house of Pakistan, which consists of senate and the national assembly is technically the governing body of the country. In reality, it has normally been a rubber-stamp for the incumbent president whenever he enjoys the blind and brutal power of 58(2)B in his hands. President armed with 58(2)B becomes a king.
But the debacle of the last few months since the PPP has come to the power, coupled with an increasingly erratic set of policy choices and a never-ending cycle of crisis is finally prompting a mini-revolt. It’s true that the current unavailability of power, gas, fuel, water, food and other things is due to the inactivity and incompetency of the Musharraf administration, but that real pretext is loosing its touch, because the current government is pursuing the same footprints. There is no sense of urgency in them and they have no solution, vision, dreams, and hopes for the nation.
And lastly we have got to thank for finally revealing why the Pakistan has slipped to such a level: two near war-like situations with India, a depression not seen since the independence of Pakistan in 1947 and loss of world confidence in us. It is because we Pakistanis were busy in caring for us and not paying attention to what was going on with us.

Salman,
These things can be handled later but the first thing is to Destroy India that is the policy of Pakistani administration.
You need to support that.
