Mohtarmah BiBi and I knew her personally( God bless her soul) was not queen of PPP.
Bilawel is not prince Charles. She was a hardworking politician who was dedicated to her cause, (minus her Playboy Husband living it up in New York) to bring democracy to the people of Pakistan.

Mohtarmah BiBi Never ever mentioned a will or gave any hint of a will involving her son or any mention of a will in case she were to be murdered.
What rubbish?
There was no will appointing Bilawel as Heir to PPP and Mr. Zardari as a caretaker till the prince could become King

. The will was Mr. Zardari’s invention to seize power by swearing in his own chamchas and Kicking out those who had struggled with BiBi. He exploited BiBi’s murder and usurped power. Other Politicians all being thieves are afraid to ask him to show his hands because they all have skeletons in their cupboard.
Now we know why N. Sharif is not demanding trial of General Muhsraf

Handwriting can be easily copied and this will is a copy of BiBi’s handwriting written by a crook.

A Political party is not the personal estate of any family. It belongs to the people of Pakistan and exists in perpetuity. The Peoples Houses the National Assembly/ Provincial Assembly etc are the true owners of all political parties because it is their membership that members of all political parties aspire to.

PPP has many senior leaders like Aitezaz, Sheri Rahman and others who stood up against Musharaf and received beatiings at the hands of Musharaf’s hooligans and are dedicated to the cause.
No wonder our military has no respect for our major political party the PPP.
BiBi became chairman of PPP through sacrifice and struggle against dictatorship for over a decade.
Even her elevation to chairmanship was premature and with hindsight she should have let senior politicians take over of Z A Bhuttos murder by the establishment. But then we are in very early stages of the establishment of a new political party.

Bilawel must earn his stripes or stay away. PPP is not anybody’s personal estate.

Bilawel Bhutto should join the party as worker. He should start by working in a local constituency learning about issues and how to draft legislation. Only then he should venture in.
He is not qualified to run for any office in his present capacity as kid out of college. We should learn from India next door.
Rajiv Ghandi’s son has been working in the congress party for more than five years now and is learning the ropes.
Political parties elect Members to the People’s house the National Assembly and belong to the People of Paksitan.
We can no longer afford to elect children of Politicians just because they are their offspring.

Moonis Ilahi, Hamza and Bilawel must earn their spurs.

Ordinary Pakistanis must come out of Slave/ Chamchah mode as displayed by Bushra Moghul and Nadeem Javed. PPP belongs to the People of Pakistan.

Who would have imagined that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who had always preferred to stay away from the glitz and paranoia of the dangerous world of politics would one day be entering it albeit, owing to circumstances neither to his liking nor of his own doing. But it was the tragic and unfortunate assassination of their beloved mother that invoked them to change course and set afoot on a dangerous path trodden with surprises and anguish. While friends of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto say she always envisaged Bilawal becoming her political heir, they agree that she would not have wanted him to have to bear such a burden so young.
In an interview in 2004, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was asked if he wanted to enter Pakistani politics. “We will see, I don’t know. I would like to help the people of Pakistan, so I will decide when I finish my studies,” he said.
It is time to reconcile with the fact that the next generation of the Bhuttos is ready, ready to take on from where their predecessors left.

This young man has the potential, the capability and the courage to lead this party and this country forward. I feel hope, hope that I had long forgone since the Shahadat of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. For me, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is like an embodiment of perfection, ideally suited to hold the reigns as a true heir to the legend of the party; a people’s man, a true Bhutto.

A person’s character is best judged once he is pitted against odds. Bilawal had to endure the loss of his mother when he so needed her to be around him to pamper him, to love him and to see him grow. Yet he lost it all in the flash of a second. It was at this crucial moment in his life that there emerged a leader out of him in whose voice echoed the words of his mother “democracy is the best revenge”.
