Kami has committed the crime of Contempt of the Supreme Court of Pakistan by launching a personal attack on the real, legal and innocent Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mr. Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, in his ridiculous article.

Kami should be ashamed of himself for calling/writing Dictator Pervez Musharraf as “President”. Almost the entire world knows that Tyrant Musharraf is not a democratically elected President. Criminal Musharraf is an Anti-Constitution, Anti-Judiciary and Anti-Media Outlaw who must be brought to justice for his too many heinous crimes.

Do you think Kami as a person may choose any method to “harm” and “destroy” his “credibility” - if he so decides? (aftr all it’s his personal credibility and interests). “Indeed, Kami has harmed and destroyed his own credibility through his lies, disinformation, propaganda, self-promotion language and egotistic grandiosity.”

You claim, “My journalistic or fair criticism of Kami’s writings is NOT any kind of personal criticism of Kami.” In all fairness, you have gone far beyond “personal criticism” - it appears like you wish to destroy the man for some unknown reasons.

1. An official of the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) based in Washington DC, USA, stated on Friday, 9 May 2008, at 8:35 a.m., that Ikram (Kami) Butt did NOT receive his BA and MBA degrees in 1988 or 1995 from the UDC. She also said that the UDC has NO student records of Mr. Butt. This direct verification from the UDC ( http://www.udc.edu ) Registrar office (Phone: 202-274-5000 or 202-274-6089) proves that Kami lied to TPS editors and readers about his two UDC degrees. Now Kami must provide photo-copies of his two degrees to TPS editors.

2. Similarly, the staff of all those former and current U.S. Congress Members, DNC and RNC (who Kami mentioned in his article) have confirmed that Kami never worked for all those U.S. Congress Members, DNC, or RNC. Now Kami must provide legal documentary proof to TPS editors and readers to prove that he actually worked for them.

3. Kami’s false claims — that he had close relations or connections with senior Pakistan Government, U.S. Government and American Think-Tank officials as well as Pakistani politicians — are scams or hoaxes of Kami. TPS editors can directly contact all those high officials who will confirm that they do NOT have any close relations or connections with Kami.

4. Kami has claimed that he is associated with Maleeha Lodhi, an infamous stooge of Dictator Musharraf based in London, UK.

5. Read the following excerpts from a news report of The Washington Post (USA) dated 5 November 1999:

“Maleeha Lodhi is the sharp-tongued, iconoclastic editor of Pakistan’s best-known English language newspaper…. Even Lodhi’s appointment, clearly an effort to reassure Washington, has been criticized as an example of cynical opportunism. One group of Pakistani Americans in Washington circulated a statement this week decrying her as a corrupt, ‘glorified hustler’ and ‘controversial feminist’ who is not fit to serve as ambassador.”

6. Also read the following 4 paragraphs from a news story of the Indian Express (India) dated 3 November 1999:

“Indian government may have in mind the unexpected announcement by Pakistan’s military regime that it is posting Maleeha Lodhi as its new envoy to Washington. But some other Pakistani community leaders say she failed to deliver, was too closely identified with the Bhutto regime and was a disgrace to the country. Already, some prominent Pakistani-Americans are frothing in anger and have launched a campaign against her appointment.”

“Calling her an opportunist and a PPP (Pakistan People’s Party, Benazir Bhutto’s outfit) ambassador, an organisation calling itself Pakistani American Forum (PAF) urged the Musharraf regime to revoke the decision and launched an attack against Lodhi, who apparently made enemies aplenty during her first term here.”

“The PAF has completely rejected the Ambassadorship of Ms. Maleeha Lodhi, a controversial feminist, chain smoker and highly emotional psychopathic personality, the organisation said on the 40-something envoy-designate, who happens to be a divorcee.”

“Some PAF leaders have accused Lodhi of financial misconduct and alleged that her brother Amir Lodhi was involved in [illegal] arms transactions during the Bhutto regime. ‘Maleeha Lodhi is a glorified hustler, who is not even qualified to become a junior officer at the Pakistan Foreign Ministry or the Pakistan Embassy, became a dusty decoration piece at the Embassy in Washington, DC,’ the PAF said in a statement.”

7. Pervez Musharraf is NOT the real, legal and constitutional President of Pakistan. Pervez Musharraf is an unconstitutional, illegal and self-appointed president who has committed many barbaric crimes from 1999 to 2008. Actually, Mush (Busharraf) is the president of terrorist PML-Q and terrorist MQM. Therefore, no one should call, write, publish, broadcast, telecast, webcast, identify, or label Tyrant Musharraf as “President Musharraf.”
