Afghan Stability and India

Pakistan has been voicing for some time its serious apprehensions regarding Indian support to the terror outfits in Pakistan including Baluch separatists and Pakistani Taliban. Only last month Pakistani Intelligence unearthed a RAW hatched conspiracy to highjack a Pakistani civilian aircraft to internationalise the Baluchistan issue. This is not a coloured Pakistani view alone, in his landmark assessment late last year, the US Force Commander in Afghanistan, Gen McChrystal echoed the same perception when he said that peace in Afghanistan cannot prevail unless Pakistani state interests are taken into account and that, increased Indian influence and its growing role in the Afghan affair was counterproductive in view of its being unacceptable to Pakistan.
Pakistan has suffered the most due to the Afghan morass and therefore Afghan stability is absolutely vital to our national interest. Unstable Afghanistan provides the space to anti Pakistan elements to spread chaos in our country. On the contrary, India finds chaotic Afghanistan with spill over in Pakistan suiting its designs and in harmony with its national interest. This scenario hurts Pakistan; it not only weakens our economy, caps our development projects, creates a serious image problem but also embroils sizeable Pakistani military assets. Indian Army Chief, Gen Kapoor’s brag of fighting a two front war with China and Pakistan has its roots in this Indian design of weakening Pakistan internally. By actively backing the Pakistani Taliban, Baluch separatists and other terrorist groups, India aims at diluting and dispersing Pakistani military strength on counter terrorism and counter Insurgency operations. With Pakistan thus weakened, bulk of Indian Forces gets freed from Indo Pak border which could be employed against China.
The Indians are pursuing this strategy from within Afghanistan right under the nose of the US and NATO Forces. Indians have ringed the Pak Afghan border with strategically placed Consulates to support terrorism in Pakistan under the garb of diplomatic legitimacy. In the cover of so called Development Support, Indians have established a number of Compounds elsewhere in Afghanistan supposedly for their construction teams made up of serving and retired intelligence professionals who are training terrorists and providing them logistic and financial support for terrorist activities in Pakistan. Pakistan has tangible evidence of Indian involvement in promoting terrorist activities, Pakistani Forces have recently hauled truck full of Indian weapons, ammunition and communication equipment from the Taliban.
Pakistani and Afghan Taliban and other terrorist groups are all intertwined. When India helps Pakistani Taliban, it automatically extends supports to the Afghan Taliban. The US and NATO Allies are spending Billions of dollars and have sacrificed hundreds of their soldiers to stabilise Afghanistan. In settling scores with Pakistan by helping Taliban, the Indians are actually undermining the US and NATO operations in Afghanistan. The latest suicide attack on the CIA base in Khost Province of Afghanistan has shaken the CIA and US hierarchy. Hakimullah Mahsud, the man behind this attack was a known Indian protégé. Partially due to Indian support, today the Taliban are on the roll, running parallel governments in 32 out of 33 Provinces of Afghanistan with their own shadow Governors. President Obama’s so called AF PAK policy is in tatters, even with the induction of 30,000 fresh US troops, they can’t reverse the decline unless India is prevented from bleeding the US and NATO mission.
The recent British sponsored conference on Afghanistan in London last week was apparently held with a view to evolving an international architecture for coordinating global efforts for peace, stability and development in Afghanistan. The apparent outcome of the meeting hardly reflected on the announced objective and was rather vague and not upto international expectations. The British, US and some other ISAF component countries appeared extremely keen to create a prime role in the Afghan Affair for India. Holbrooke in fact rushed to India immediately after concluding his pre conference visit to Pakistan and Afghanistan. Negating the Western stance, during a trilateral Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan Foreign Minister’s meeting in Islamabad on 16th Jan, the three sides in their joint declaration clearly opposed the idea of including any country other than Afghanistan’s geographically contagious neighbours China, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan to join the regional arrangements. The lack of transparency in Indian activities in Afghanistan has obviously disturbed even its Afghan ally and Iran.
The West continues to accuse Pakistani intelligence for links to the Afghan Terror networks but fails to notice Indian linkages to terror groups wreaking havoc in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Therefore, the Western and US keenness to include India in any regional forum designed to stabilise Afghanistan appears absolutely illogical to conventional thought process. One is forced to think if the US, British and their allies approve of Indian meddling and if destabilised Afghanistan and Pakistan somehow fit into their scheme of things !!!!!. Security analyst and conspiracy theorist believe that the chaos and anarchic conditions engulfing Pakistan appear too synchronized not to be orchestrated and coordinated by outside forces. The plausible aim is to establish to the global community that unstable Pakistan is incapable of securely maintaining its Nuclear Weapon Systems which could fall in the hands of extremists. Pakistani Nuclear weapons should therefore be taken out under an international regime. Is this what the bloodletting in Afghanistan and Pakistan all about !!!.
Conspiracy theories aside, if the US and its allies are serious about stabilising Afghanistan, India must be marginalised in the Afghan context. Alternatively, the US is doomed to the fate that the Russians suffered in the 80’s and the British a long ago in Afghanistan.

Pakistan, a country where democracy never survived, where their own citizens abuse their elected leaders as evil and 10%’s ,where tinpot dicators hang elected rules, where Military has supreme power like a banana republic.
Compare this with India, a responsible nation and world’s largest democracy.
Which country has more chances of playing dirty and having evil designs without any accountability? Any dummy will say it is Pakistan.
Who created Taliban? Who recognized Taliban government? Who destabilized Afghanistan for decades? It is Pakistan and everyone knows it.
Everyone is laughing when Pakis accuse India of supporting Taliban and creating trouble in Pakistan. Pakistan, since it’s inception has followed an evil path and even now, is more worried about it’s strategic depth than millions of Afghans lives who are slowly getting a better life thanks to India’s development programmes. For the first time in decades, Kabul has 24 hour electricity. It has many Hospitals and it’s Airline has restarted, it’s highways and roads operating thanks to India.
A jealous Pakistan and Pakistanis are not able to digest this fact and spewing false information and hatred. This is anyway natural of Mullahs. Their policy is, we will not do good and we will not let anyone else do good too…

India, where the Hindu terror organizations such as Shive Sinha, Bajrang Dal, RSS, etc. are killing innocent Muslims, Christians, Sikhs and low cast Hindus on a daily basis, where up to 10 million female fetuses have been aborted over the past two decades, a daughter is viewed as a liability, and she is conditioned to believe that she is inferior and subordinate to men.

Totally agree with Kiyani’s point of view. India is feeling the impact and according to many observers, the latest Indian offer of talks with Pakistan is related to the Afghan situation where they feel that Pakistan is again taking the center stage while India is left out of the equation.

You had the whole of Afghanistan under Taliban rule before 2000 when Russians were thrown out.The basement of Saudi embassy in Kabul was the place where torture was practised on all and women of minority tribes. India was supporting the northern alliance and will continue to support them and you can go to areas under their control and see how WOMEN LIVE THERE.

During Taliban occupation one eighth of Pakistani economy ran on opium cultivation which was widespread in pre war on terror days. A talibanised Afghanistan would mean a fat paycheck from Americans and ammunations supposedly to fight the war on terror after 9/11.So the make believe to the world is to be an ally on war on terror but keep the terror factory up and running all the time.But due to American presence and intervention in Afghanistan, pakistan is unable to run the terror factory and also with every passing day cannot veil its real intention.Pakistan wants to run with the hare and also wants to hunt with the hounds. Pakistan therefore does not need any country to have its presence in Afghanistan like they had earlier where they could experiment thier whims and fantacies on jihad and terror. Afghanistan is Pakistans Islamic Jihad labrotatory.

1) How many RAW Indian agents caught in Balochistan? NOT A SINGLE INDIAN CAPTURED!!!!!

Pakistan has a long border with Afganistan……its ONLY NATURAL that ISI has more agents in Afganistan than India or any other country.
Most pakistanis simply forget that PAKISTAN is a neighbour of Afgansistan having a VERY POROUS border!!!
Therefore its VERY EASY for Pakistan to send ISI agents there than India…….right??
Since 1947 Indianans have been spreading misleading propaganda against Pakistan in order to obfuscate the heinous terrorist crimes being committed by India in Pakistan. We all know that Indian terrorists have many avatars but one thing is common in all their activities and that is to demonize Islam and Pakistan.
India currently has an extensive diplomatic presence in Afghanistan. It includes the Indian embassy in Kabul and another four consulates in Kandahar, Jalalabad, Mazar-e-Sharif and Herat. These Indian diplomatic missions (Terrorist Training Camps) serve as launching pads for undertaking covert operations against Pakistan, from Afghan soil. Particularly, the Indian consulates in Kandahar and Jalalabad and their embassy in Kabul are used for clandestine activities inside Pakistan in general and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and Baluchistan in particular. Indian diplomatic terrorists and RAW officials have significant ingress in the Afghan ministry of tribal affairs, and are exploiting it to conduct covert activities. Indian agents are instrumental in arranging meetings of tribal elders and Afghans with dual nationalities with Indian consulate officials in Jalalabad, and assisting them in spotting and recruiting suitable tribal elders from Jalalabad and Pakistan’s North and South Waziristan Agencies for covert activities. I still remember, after Pakistan took action against the BLA and other elements inside the province of Baluchistan, the Indian external affairs ministry was quick to issue an unprecedented statement in December 2005. In late February 2006, Musharraf presented Afghan President Hamid Karzai, on his visit here, documents detailing how India was using bases in Afghanistan to foment trouble in Baluchistan and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas. Till date, Afghanistan hasn’t rebutted the charges.
All Pakistanis must unite to fight the Indian menace so that we can live in peace and develop Pakistan as a regional super power.

Aamir you have got to realise Afghanistan is not your country. What happens within Afghanistan and how it affects you has no bearing on India. We will continue reconstructing Afghanistan so it becomes a strong soverign that can protect it self and its borders long after Americans have gone. Like i said Afghanistan will not be a labroratory of Pakistani Jihadi experiments.
These Pakis are born to be evil. Before Pakistan ever came into existence, We Indians shared thousands of years of common border with Afghanistan and that is what is India’s right to be involved in our friend’s fate, lest any evil side questions India’s role in Afghanistan’s reconstruction.
The word “Kabuli Wala” is well known and well used all over India and this is enough for anyone who questions why India has any interest in Afghanistan.
Before the Mullahs invaded the Indian kingdoms, plundered India, we shared a border with Afghanistan and they are more our friends.

According to reliable sources Indians were welcome at Northern Afghanistan tentatively 15 to 17% of Local Population although accepted but with some serious reservations Indians Presence mostly War Lords or Opium Cultivators or their associates rest of Afghans they deadly hatred with Indians as a result every 2nd Month Indians are Killed brutally over there. Moreover as we know Obama needs to start earning his keep. He already got overpaid with the Nobel prize for doing nothing so now he has to show before his nation & at other Western Countries that he can lead the world supposed only superpower who is right now on the road namely Af-Pak mind it this Road directly Leads to Zero-Power.
