alberto1C86A57B@fireden.net damon1C86A57B@fireden.net Thanks for your service, and yes, An hour is all it should have taken to confirm ALL of those barges, without ceasing the clean up for a single second. The order to shut down tidy up operations for this "inspection" came from outside of the CoC, because anyone actually within the CoC would have known that this kind of inspections could be done by staff ON SITE at the time.

A Pakistani in Russian University
Although this may not seem to relate directly but I think it greatly has to do with our technology progress thus I invite your attention on the following problem which I desperately faced in my last year of engineering

The thing is that our Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) doesnt acknowledge any technical related degrees of Russian universities & I simply can't get it justified. A recent PEC team Visit in our univ allowed me to discuss this problem with them personally but they simply can't afford to give me any appropriate reason!!

One has to remember that Russians are far ahead of many EU countries with respect to technology breakthroughs but still our education system ELITES dont take this as serious matter. Student visas for Muslims especially from Pakistan are declining to go to USA or EU our chances are high if only PEC could get indulged in Russian univ

In seventies, during the Bhutto time, many of my close friends and old classmates went to USSR on scholarships offered to Pakistan government and awarded by the Pakistan government to Pakistani boys an girls, primarily on the basis of connections and political affiliations of their families. Many of them equipped with 'Russian knowlede' were later on welcomed into American institutions.
