A recent PEC team Visit in our univ allowed me to discuss this problem with them personally but they simply can't afford to give me any appropriate reason!! One has to remember that Russians are far ahead of many EU countries with respect to technology breakthroughs but still our education system ELITES dont take this as serious matter. Student visas for Muslims especially from Pakistan are declining to go to USA or EU our chances are high if only PEC could get indulged in Russian univ A Pakistani in Russian University

Many of them equipped with 'Russian knowlede' were later on welcomed into American institutions.
